Shipping Policy
Domestic Delivery: Orders within India are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on location and courier services.
International Delivery: For international orders, delivery generally takes 7-15 business days but may vary due to customs clearance and destination.
Build Time: As ezControllers specializes in custom, modded controllers, build times depend on current order volumes and are clearly displayed on the website banner.
Shipping Address: Please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. ezControllers is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.
Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for loss or damage after that point.
Delivery Delays: Unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather, or customs may impact delivery timeframes.
Refunds and Returns
Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.Products must be returned in original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Incomplete returns or those with damaged/missing packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation:
Orders not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund immediately.
If the order has shipped, the package must be rejected on delivery or returned promptly with notification to support. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of return receipt.
Replacement and Repairs
Replacement:
Defective products reported within 7 days of delivery are eligible for replacement. Contact support to initiate the return and replacement process. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.
Warranty and Repairs:
ezControllers provides a 90-day warranty covering free repairs.
Repairs requested after 90 days may incur charges; a free assessment will be provided before any repair is performed.
Repair service is also available for third-party custom controllers; please provide a detailed description of the issue when contacting support.
