We offer custom back buttons, Hall effect joysticks and other ergonomic mods for PS5 controllers. You can select colors, designs, and button configurations during checkout.
2. How long does it take to build and ship a custom controller?
Build times vary based on order volume but typically range from 3-7 business days. Shipping takes an additional 2-5 days domestically and 7-15 days internationally.
3. Can I return or exchange a controller if I'm not satisfied?
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and condition. Customizations cannot generally be changed after production begins.
4. Do you offer warranty and repair services?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty covering free repairs. We repair ezControllers after warranty expires but it is chargeable. We also offer repair services for third-party custom controllers with detailed issue descriptions.
